The Osun State Police Command on Tuesday confirmed the alleged abduction of three travelers along Ilesha-Akure Express in the state.

She said the police had, however, deployed men and officers to the forest where the gunmen retreated after the abduction in an attempt to rescue the victims.

She said the command was not aware if the hoodlums had been established with families of the victims.
